Full Name: Amy Ellen Jones

A former MCC Young Cricketer who studied at Loughborough and has represented Warwickshire since 2008, Amy Jones suffered early in her career from going tour after tour as reserve keeper to Sarah Taylor, and played only a handful of internationals as a specialist batsman between 2013 and 2016. Included in the 2012 World Twenty20 squad, she eventually made her debut at age 19 against Sri Lanka in the 2013 Women's World Cup, and impressed, adding 83 for the sixth wicket with Jenny Gunn. However, she did not play in another ODI until January 2014.
